I was trying to post this last week, but I just didn't get around to it. Last weekend we finally put out our Christmas decorations. We bought a tree the week before but five days later it was pretty much dead, so we had to go buy a new one. Luckily we hadn't decorated it yet. The one we came home with was much bigger than the previous one, but it is beautiful! One of my favorite parts of Christmas is my tree. I usually don't let Pat help me, but I just wasn't feeling up to doing it all this year so he was a big help. Not only did he help with the tree, but he put out all the rest of our decorations that day. So here are some pictures of our decorations.

Sunday was Pat's 26th birthday, so what better to do than build gingerbread houses!?! He is such a good sport. This was really more for me than him because I had never built one before and Rebecca and I decided it would be a fun thing to do. Pat said I should have bought him his own because I pretty much took over once the building part was over. I think he enjoyed it.

Here is the finished project!
We finally figured out how to use the timer on our camera so we could take a picture of all of us.
This is the first thing that I have bought for our baby. I couldn't resist when I saw them at the store. I knew Pat would like them. I figure that they will work for a boy or a girl. She will just need a dress to match them. I hope our baby grows up to like the 49ers or else daddy just won't be happy!
